Installed Suave HD, but the icon won't change for Camera & Photos. Tried renaming but it won't work. Any tips?

Need a quick answer, since the jailbreak thread is locked. After updating my iOS with iTunes, I wanna jailbreak. But redsnow needs the IPSW file, can I get it from the iTunes folder? Or have to download again?
