Im trying to access my wallpaper folder but it keeps crashing back to the home screen. I have even reverted to default theme... and still it keep crashing! Please help

guys,anyone know how to apply theme for ipad ?
i already install winterboard but then,after apply theme and respring only folder and unlock slide change,others remain the same anyone know how to solve this ? |

My LS & homescreen.. the problem is I have changed the wheather code in iFile but its forever loading. Not sure where did I make the mistake
