Bro, u got any idea how to fix Winterboard not being able to work?

BTW better explanation of my situation, if anyone can help me it'd be great.
My Winterboard is showing I have version 0.9.3911 installed even though version 0.9.3914 was released and shows up under recent changes. It does not give me an option to reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times now. Nothing helps.

But the songs inside the app is only downloadable in China. Once in Malaysia can't download a thing.
If you download the song and store it in the app, you can playback overseas.
If overseas can use iTunes will bankrupt as there's almost every single song you can think of in the app.

I using KUGOU,it cant be downoad song once updated..really shit..haizz,got any apps that can download song in Malaysia?

All those music apps only work in China.
Kugou, Sogou, Baidu Music, Duomi, etc etc. Btw better not discuss this as its considered piracy. All music available for free to download directly to device
