It own stay and Bkt Jalil proximity, I understand it would be an excellent product given Exsim's lifestyle and ZR or KR2 is nowhere near this Rainz, although too high end for this location next to ZR. But, that would costs around the same for KM 1 or The Treez. I believe, IMO, for such size at such area, RM 620 psf is very steep, if based on appreciation value.

Now you can get at below 1M in the lelong market.
