ipad 1 problems, no charging and cant sync

I have an ipad 4.2.1. when i plug to wall charger it shows no charging but actually it was charging at a very slow speed (whole nite to full charge from 10-100%). whn i connect to my macbook pro it won charge and itunes cant detect the ipad. i tried with different computer and cable yet the problem still the same. i check in the internet where lots of user encounter such problem but no solution given.
anyone of you got this problem?? |

Try off your ipad and press and hold both the sleep/on-off button and the home button till your iPad reboot. Try charging and plug into your macbook again.

i already tried to soft reset the ipad but yet the problem is still there
