If you were eating chunks of lizard crap every day then you might get a tummy ache or something, but I doubt you'd be consuming massive chunks as they're only little critters.

I read somewhere that people eat something like 20 spiders per year in their sleep. Nothing happens. The body is amazingly resilient.

Lizard faeces.. in fact any faeces of any species on this world has tonnes of bacteria crawing on it. In most cases, you'll get really ill and a bad tummy ache, but in some rare cases, people do die because of the colon virus/bacteria from the faeces they consumed.

It is probably more dangerous to eat human feces than lizard or cockroach feces (unless it is your own). For one thing, the former is more likely to contain virus and bacteria harmful to humans. However, cockroaches will crawl into sewers and simply crawling over your plates will transfer some of those bacteria.

There's no need to go overboard worrying about it though. It may contain harmful bacteria. Or it may be entirely harmless. If you accidentally ate some, there's no need to go see a doctor yet. Take slimey's advice.

Chances are, it will contain some bacteria, which your body will have no problem overcoming. It's better to avoid it though. So just keep your food covered, and make sure the inside of your cupboards are not accessible to these critters.

I worry becos read newspaper people eat food and water with animal feces dieded!!
