I have always wonder, why does Nikon start with ISO 200 as their base ISO. Why not 100?  laugh.gif Still can't find the proper answer till today  blush.gif
*
sometimes when i use f1.4@ISO200 on a super bright day, wish i had over 1/8000 SS. laugh.gif

wondering is there any distortion for this lens? Ignore about the contrast because there are some reddish signboard in the shop...
*
wat do u mean by the bolded? its obvious that its there. that lens is kinda cheap so with wut it can offer, i dont think there's much to complaint. if u wan superb distortion control, the 14-24 is the way to go. but as for me, i kinda like distortions laugh.gif

and take a look at the kotak at upper right as well. for sure lah got distortion tat one no nid guess2 laugh.gif but a cheaper alternative is the sigma 12-24 DG (for FX oso can lah) that one distortion control quite nice but sharpness not so nice
