To all PRO here~ I want to ask...

What settings to set is the best for food photography? And what lens will be the best?

Currently I'm using d7000 with the normal kit 18-135 lens >___>

for landscape always use vivid mode.. but you can also adjust in PC so being in vivid mode is just for the show

Use vivid when you want the color to be more vibrant. It depends on what you want.

I shoot RAW so it doesn't matter what my Picture Control is anyways . In the end I have my own settings during post processing in Lightroom .

But if I were to shoot Landscape using JPEG, it would be Vivid default. For everything else, Vivid saturation -2.

Cause I don't like too much of Saturation . Either way the color looks ok to me, like I said its more of self preference. Its an art, yourself can decide what is nice.

If you are shooting on an UWA lens, you are going to get vignetting due to the stacking of filters.

I would say for me, anything below 24mm is wide. Oh that means for full frame, so on DX 24/1.5. You do the maths

18 is consider wide but not ultra wide for me. 17 and below for me, can consider ultra wide
