(jk jk). Maybe back when non budget airlines were doing really well some did this, but i would guess they stopped now. I'm definitely going for a 4D scan (3D done in real time so as a video not just still images) towards the end of my pregnancy, pretty sure i have to pay extra for that at Sunway (where my ObGyn is) . My ObGyn said next checkup (should be around 20weeksish) he will be doing a 'detailed scan' to look for abnormalities (clef pallet etc) but don't know if that means 3D or what. Will have to wait and see in about a month, for anyone who already had a 'detailed scan for abnormalities' maybe you can shed some light for me, was it 3D or something else?
