sometimes old theme made for ios3 will not work correctly in ios4. the wallpaper/background will not work using winterboard. u need to set it manually in setting/photos.

however u can set wallpaper/background using html. thats will be another level of customization..

try setting winscp from the beginning. delete current login and make a new connection, make sure u input the right username and password as mention in openssh guide.

baseband 02.10.04 cannot be unlocked by ultrasn0w. maybe next time or use other method like gevey turbo sim.

my suggestion, use sn0wbreeze to jailbreak 4.3.2. it will preserved your current baseband and then u can simply unlock using ultrasn0w. as for your question, if i'm not mistaken, after you restore a firmware u need to unlock your phone again, unless u use permanent unlock. correct me if i'm wrong.

if u already jb, u can install cydia using deb package
try installing this file.

it is better if u uninstall cydia 1st along with other cydia apps.

btw u can uninstall cydia using cydelete, of course u need to manually install it 1st since u can't download the file from cydia. in cydelete setting, unlock cydia restriction...
