My ip4 4.2.1 jb-ed. When I backup it, not all application being backed. Apps like Whatapps, and some games not backed... why??

I installed ishakelock tweak. I wondering is that my problem or anyone having the same issue.
I enabled the shake to unlock as well..... But when my iphone is on "sleep" mode, I need to press the home button to unlock it.. shake doesnt work.... is that normal? |

I having the same issue ... in iTunes apps tab it shows only 4 apps.. while my iphone got more than 10 apps... I transfered purchase and did sync as well... but still the same things ...
