install activator from cydia and you'll have TONS of option how to exit your app.

note that if you already have sbsetting installed on your ios, activator should already be on your setting

you are in this topic so i assume you are already jailbroken

if you have already connected to cydia at least once you are safe. as it automatically save you shsh blob of your current firmware

from what i understand you want 2 apps, one app is hopefully to 'fix' your silent toggle, and one is and app to create profile for ringtone. am i correct?

if you have activator app, you can always turn silent toggle on/off using simple touch gesture or using other button entirely

if you want to assign different ringtone for different people, you can easily do that in the default contacts app

I see, try look for silentmode switcher on cydia. it will add the option to silent your iphone on activator
