Extract the file contents. Right click the file, properties.
Compability mode select windows xp. (if got)
Click ok.
Right click Redsn0w.exe and Run as Administrator
Jailbreak, Try and see

If your set is factory unlocked then follow the steps below

1. If you're upgrading to the latest firmware 4.3.2 use redsn0w
2. Follow the guide from iClarified.com http://www.iclarified.com/entries/index.ph...&scid=11&seid=2 Choose which iPhone you have and follow the corresponding guide

Factory unlocked means that the iPhone has been unlocked by factory and can be used by any network provider's Sim card.
E.g. If u buy iPhone from digi/maxis, u can put in celcom or tunetalk sim card to use

Factory locked means that the iPhone can only use a specific network providers sim card. Other sim cards inserted will be rejected by phone. E.g. If u buy At&t iPhone n put digi sim, phone won't accept it.

Software unlock means factory unlock iPhones get jailbreaked and modified to run on other network providers' sim card.

my iphone 4 cant turn on. and it cant be restore using itunes. is there still anyway to restore it? Anyone can help me pls~

Have you tried pressing the sleep button and the home button for more than 10 seconds?

Faced that once. Was very scared!
Okay, try charging ur iPhone for around 2 minutes and try to switch it on.
If can't, leave it as it is and check back on it later.

Or

Turn it to DFU mode(search via google) and restore it via iTunes.
Note. Everything will be lost unless u hv a backup in iTunes,

I tried to restore to 4.3.2 and it's just stuck at 95% on itunes and 60% on the phone.
Any experts can advise?

I tried to download ios 4.3.2 using itunes but about80% plus then it failed. I going to redownload 4.3 firmware n redsnow.

If iTunes give error, just google it.
I tried 2 restore more than 5 times to get my phone running while fixing the so-called iTunes error.

Phew~~~ after restart again can boot ad ... fully restore ad
Gonna discover see my random auto register touch problem stil having or not

If u had jailbreak using redsnow try "boot as tethered" U just need to do this onces

Try to find some ios firmware u hv downloaded b4 and open itunes. Click shift + restore and point it to the ios firmware file.
See whether it works...

Google "where are my iphone updates stored"

Put into DFU and click restore la brader.
How to put into DFU? Youtube please.

I think better bring back to DiGi ba...

Turn completely off ur phone unplug ur phone make sure is turn off. Now press your home button and hold on then plug your phone back in. It should go into recovery screen. Then use iTunes to restore latest fw and not any custom fw.

i already done all the steps. just i din mention properly
