Waste no time to ask this kind of silly question to Paypal... or even HLJ or any shops related to the transaction...

1. Exchange rate fluctuates everyday... So, don't compare with old rate... it doesn't help~!

2. Keep in mind that paypal has 2.5% charges on conversion rate. Still better than exchange rate by credit card / bank...


So, let it be lesson to learn when it comes to buying from Japan...

Price may look good now, but may not be good at the time of payment~!

Other solution is to order it from local shop/seller... no price change even though yen rate fluctuates...

what he meant was..the exchange rate given by paypal is only RM 1: 19.9 Yen, which was shown in the screen cap is a bit low.

I juz check the rates on XE... the rates shown there is RM 1: 27 Yen

need to check what's the rate like on April 28/29 then... time of payment as well...

cos paypal updates the rate at certain timing of the day... usual after midnight...

also, paypal tend to take advantage of sudden drop / rise in exchange rate, as well...

first of all, i already have fews time experiences to deal with HLJ ,
and i know "Price may look good now, but may not be good at the time of payment~!:
but there's no way for 1MYR exchange to 19.9 JPY..

for now, the only "trouble thing" is because i'm using my friend's paypal account...
he is not sure about the Normal rate and he confirm the payment..
i have to bother my friend to contact with paypal.

At date 29/04/2011 around 3.55pm rate is 100 yen = RM3.60++ which mean RM1=27.77yen.
So obviously the 19.9yen is something wrong.

My 1st was dark kabuto unfortunately as a sIc collector the chest color term is better than sic for lol >.<
But still sic rocks hahaha
