Just installed KIS11 suddenly i realize that my laptop have symantec endpoint protection running.. should i just uninstall the symantec's?

symantec endpoint protection is corporate Anti Virus. means its controlled via a centralised server. If you removed it from your company laptop, the server will be able to detect it. Please bear in mind.
However, you cannot run 2 Anti Virus in 1 PC at a time. It has a chance to cause blue screen. |

haa.. i uninstalled oredy using control panel's add/remove program.. it doesn't removed completely by so ?

You have to use Norton Removal Tool to remove it.
