Yes the original batches of Naked Palette came with the double-sided 24/7 eye pencil. However, due to issues with producing this eye pencil, Urban Decay could not produce the Naked Palette fast enough to meet demand. So their solution was to replace it with the shadow brush.

Unfortunately Urban Decay no longer produces the Naked Palette with the 24/7 eye pencil. It only comes with the Good Karma Shadow Brush now.
Therefore if you're lucky & do manage to locate the Naked Palette with the eyepencil, it is old stock.

omg the eyeshadow lasted through 2 hours of sweaty exercise and a whole wedding event (from 5pm till 1am) definitely best buy and u're right, i only need to swab a little product on my eyelids and below

Are you talking about the 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils? If so, I have Ready Stock of Zero. Whiskey is a limited edition which was only available in certain sets so sorry, I am not able to get it.
