Labour cost for painting

10k maybe on the high side. My entire house is 9k inclusive of paint. 22x75, which i think is already expensive. But I still give it to my wet work contractor because of trust and comfort level. Outside maybe in the range of 6k to 8k for my house.

If you want to try, apply metal primer for grills, and wood primer for wood before apply actual paint coat. |

Added on December 22, 2011, 12:18 pmweikee, I do plastering and sanding by myself...then ask them apply joint compound to walls...may save some $$ Skim coat and plastering is two difference things. |
