Just completed painting job for my unit, paid 3K+ for workmanship + paint for whole unit include:

1. Ceiling, whole unit - Nippon Matex
2. 3 rooms, living, dining + kitchen - Nippon Odour~less Aircare
4. 7 Doors + frames - Dulux Gloss Finish
5. Skirting, whole unit - Dulux Gloss Finish
6. Some plaster ceiling repair

All in I used 5 colors for whole unit, as each room has its own theme :-)

Workmanship is good, I would say as uncle are very detail abt his job

i got a quote of RM4.8k for a 1100sqft condo, including repainting all the grills. he said there are a few layers +scheming using Jotun, ICI

is it reasonable?
