I need painting service for condo, 2383 sqft. Kitchen n toilets fully tiled.

(1) interior walls,
(2) Grills for 2 balcony and 1 main front firerated door,
(3) ceiling
(4) door - 8 doors (excl front main door)
(5) skim coat interior walls (no need for toilets n kitchens as tileup to ceiling). Some walls that will be boarded up as wardrobe so no need.
(6) 5-6 colors for rooms incl living and dining room

Need primer/sealant and 2 coats of paint.

Pls quote labor and materials excl paint.

I got quotations from various parties:

Mypainter quotated skimcoating rm 3,000, and painting labour RM 3-4k (i cannot remember) and momento feature walls starting from 6.50 per sqft. Excellent. Showroom in kota kemuning. Not too pricey if you look for high quality.

Got quotations for labour painting ranging from 3000 to 3500. And i got one which show me a painted condo same size for RM 2000.

Guess who will get the job?

1 primer/sealer with 2 layers Good paint... i bought RM3.2K.
Labour RM 3K.

Condo. Interior. Plus door, railing. And exterior walls within owner lobby and terrace area. Different than double storey house.
