Just completed painting job for my unit, paid 3K+ for workmanship + paint for whole unit include:
1. Ceiling, whole unit - Nippon Matex 2. 3 rooms, living, dining + kitchen - Nippon Odour~less Aircare 4. 7 Doors + frames - Dulux Gloss Finish 5. Skirting, whole unit - Dulux Gloss Finish 6. Some plaster ceiling repair All in I used 5 colors for whole unit, as each room has its own theme :-) Workmanship is good, I would say as uncle are very detail abt his job This post has been edited by klaatu08: Jan 22 2013, 04:57 PM |

Guys.. Any guide on how much wall (sqft) can a 5L tin Paint cover?
Going to buy paint for feature wall, but dunno how many tin is required.. |

Yes internal and external but I only use normal easy wash not outdres. The contractor din mix with water and really cost me a lot and also mine is a condo abt 1400 sqf, and yours is double storey house. Btw, your 3K for paint include internal & external? hi all gurus n sifus. EMbarking on my renovation project and was quoted the following. Just to know is it market rate. Thmks for any advice
To supply and labour painting on internal house wall body and supply skim coat at ground floor only using ICI paint *not included painting on door and door frame .............rm8500 |

Just sharing, I have a contact to do painting, RM120 per person per day. He is full time but do freelance on weekend. Good if you need to paint small area only but he is abit dirty, leave many paint mark on the floor.
