Edit: Anyway, try restart the phone and take out the battery first.. it may help.. tried to do some google search, that was one of the suggested solution.. no guarantee tho

i think u should go for hard reset..

That's the another way, if soft-reset OR taking out battery does not solve it..

Try the easier/no harm way first.. if no choice only hard-reset or reflash...

Time to sleep... back to DHD and visit you guys next time on other pages (maybe 5x liao.. )
