Hello guys, I'm new to LYN and I need some design ideas for my current room. It's... not big, but not small either, and I feel that the space that I have is really unused.

The dimensions are 6mx4.6m (around 300 sqft). I'd appreciate interior remodeling ideas, and while I know I can obviously pay an interior designer to do this job, I'm thinking of having some individual comment & criticism before dealing with my designer.

This bedroom will be used as a personal office, study room and bedroom. I'd appreciate any constructive ideas/criticism.



NOTE: The objects in the floor plan can't be moved, therefore it is included.
