Overclock+Unlock core PHENOMII X2 BE 555 possible?, i noob! Can know first step untill done?

Hi to all overclockerz....  My PC PHENOM II BE 555 GX 650 MSI 740GM P25 DDR3 RAM CAN i know how to unlock core for phenom? Yea i know to unlock and try it... IT WORKS!!  But when enter window..The windows start rapidly end never succes enter the window. tried WINDOW 7 and WINDOW XP  Did MSI 740GM P25 need update bios??  OK lets say i done unlock core to PHENOM II X4. MSI 740GM P25 have easy OC switch. If i turn ON it will be OC. The Question is CAN IT Over Clock ?? Conclusion?? Any idea? Please explain detail.. Im nxxb tq |

Im nxxb tq Because the 2 extra cores are unstable to begin with.
