then a new page came up....

is there anyone withdraw sspn-i money already?

How do you submit your withdrawal request? I invested in Dec 2017 through online, can I withdraw all my money?

If yes, where should I do it? Tried to look through their website but couldnt find where to withdraw it.

People trying to find loopholes until this far? Technically do-able. You're locking your 10k up for a certain period of time though, which is the period of time required to do the whole roundabout.

Ignoring the fact that SSPN may eventually flag your account for suspicious behaviour, if we assume your 10k is locked up for 2 weeks, comparing it to the normal FD interest rate of 3% gives a cost to you of RM12.50 to play this game. Not taking into account the fact you have to go to PTPTN office to initiate withdrawal (costs to that, including time taken).

Your 10k credit card points are normally worth what.... 20 ringgit?

Yea, same here. Previously when I engaged both PTPTN & BIG points, I was being told that it'll take 45 working days to have it credited.

That 45 days have been exceeded a week ago & PTPTN said they've forwarded my complaint to their marketing department while BIG points have yet to reply my email.

Maybe you guys should reach out the same to apply some pressure?

Based on my experience, they tend to close the ticket right away & response a bit later. But my latest email to them has yet to be replied to so crossing my fingers now.

Do approach PTPTN on their FB as well please.

I reopened a new ticket with AirAsia BIG & they're investigating after getting my BIG ID, BigPay card# & BigPay statement showing the PTPTN deposit.

Just realized my Big Point from SSPN-i deposit credited at the end of Feb..

Deposit RM5k on 30/12/2018..

First 250 Points credited on 4th Jan,

Bonus 1500 credited on 27th Feb

While waiting email from big loyalty. Ptptn fb replied I got 1000 points for the campaign and I shooted them that was my fave campaign point. They are totally clueless. Omg.

But I did withdraw on first week of January. Not sure it will affect my points or not.
