Saw this withdrawal info for SSPN. Is this a new rule? Anyone can clarify?

What are the terms for withdrawal of savings?
Withdrawals are allowed after a period of 1 year upon opening of an account. There are 2 types of withdrawals:


•10% withdrawal of current balance OR RM500, whichever is lower, once a year; OR
•100% withdrawal (termination of account) in the following cases:◦The child is offered a place in any higher learning institution;
◦The child has voluntarily withdrawn from the education system OR has been expelled for a specific reason;
◦Suffering from an illness certified by a doctor as being incurable;
◦Experience total permanent disability as certified by a doctor;
◦Death of the child; or
◦Death of the depositor.

But still can withdrawal all/more than RM500? This term contradict what other say that can withdraw all? Thanks.

Does it have an option to select statement for year 2016?

Last time when log in, the option for  "statement for income tax purpose" is shown but now that part is replace with a JomPay option.

is it just me or what....?
can't seems to get into the page where I need to view or print out the statement.

after you got into this page, the bottom end of the page got this "Lihat Terpirinci" tab. Click it.....then on the next displayed page, select the year 2016.
it will display the transaction for year 2016....(assuming you did not make any withdrawal)

there is no statement or description that - "PENYATA RINGKASAN AKAUN SSPN UNTUK PELEPASAN CUKAI". Is that statement is enough to declare with "PENYATA RINGKASAN AKAUN SSPN UNTUK PELEPASAN CUKAI"?

I will wait till end of March to see if there is a continuation of that statement...else i will use tis one as a proof of sumbangan bersih
