If according to this site,...

"SSPN Prime offers more flexibility, you can bank in or withdraw any amount of money at any time."
https://finplanco.com/sspn-tax-relief/

Most probably from the SSPN site itself do the withdrawal....
Preferably leave Rm20 inside to keep the account active
*
Thanks ! Means can do lump sum withdraw thru sspn website but drawback is need to wait 14 days. Thanks again ya, so far never withdraw anything from sspn yet, that's y unsure with the process

Very simple u need to achieve nett deposit of 8k

2023 Nett deposit = 2023 total deposit - 2023 total withdrawal

If u have contributed more than 1 year , withdrawn everything and u dump in 16k this year and expect 8k tax relief, get ready to be disappointed when doing tax filling next year

That's what I thought too, so assuming I have 50020 inside and never withdrawn before, now that I have withdrawn 50k (living min RM20 inside) , this year I will have to deposit back 50k + 8k right to be entitled for tax relief, correct?
*
Yep

No need to calculate..it's auto-filled in your e-BE form also.

When it show u not eligible for any relief in your e-BE , it's a bit too late liao 🤣

My e aduan received reply from sspni today
even sent me proof how they got RM14608.69

my own calculation is RM16981,

If we  withdraw on 6.10.2022 , penggeluaran should be entered in November.

WD RM348k on 6.11.2022 shouldn't it be keyed into month December?

SSPn i seemed to  enter my withdrawals  1 month early!
Is that how you guys' withdrawal entered into the kalkulator?

rugi besar lo  1 month interest gone!
*
Deposit based on the date period, pengeluaran follow which month u withdraw. It's written there at the formula ma

Logically u withdrew 300k on 6 Nov, you don't expect the 300k to generate interest for u for November right ?

thanks for replying

I just got off the phone with sspn, I couldn't create an acc, and they help me with it

so technically the money I have already dumped in for the previous years for tax relief, I can remove it after a year?
*
Can remove but if u want to claim tax relief for current(2023) year (in 2024), you will need to put it back + this years deposit to be entitled for it.

Tax relief is based on NETT deposit = total deposit - total withdrawal for current year

hi there mikeeee
haven't seen ur nick for some time, hope you're well

so after 2024 I can  remove the money deposited right?

as for now we just submitted the 2022 tax, so the money deposited prior to that, can all be withdrawn?
*
I'm ok ok la 😁

Depends what u want to do and whether gov continue with the relief or not. What ever you do after 2024 doesn't not affect tax relief of 2024

Eg. 2023 my nett deposit is 8k , 2024 jan 1 I withdraw all out remaining rm20. I'm still entitled for 2023 tax relief. But if I want to be entitled to tax relief for 2024, I will need to deposit back all I've withdrawn + 8k (max relief) before end of 2024
