QUOTE(,Dec 18 2019, 06:26 PM) by forummer M@rine Guys, Seems like LHDN will not accept if you put in money into SSPN in December and withdraw it less than a year. My friend got audited by LHDN and they asked for SSPN Tax Statement and also SSPN Account Statement. They say you put in the money less than a year so not elligble to claim tax deduction. He need to pay penalty because of that. Be careful guys. As long not audited, its fine. QUOTE(,Jan 7 2020, 10:16 AM) by forummer paogeh the reason i was asking ... today during kopi sessions. someone went to SSPN office to withdraw , the officer told him : 1. for 1st time withdraw , the tax rebate would be deducted !! 2. only those kept more that 2 years are exempt .... that;s why ...i'm asking here .... can , withdraw , without penalty , right ? QUOTE(yklooi @ Jan 12 2020, 12:03 PM) good that he check it out,.....and tell usQUOTE(basSist @ Jan 12 2020, 01:16 PM) Both SSPN and LHDN officers? |

I went to Bank Islam today, managed to open a basic account within 30mins (I applied online last week).
Also tried to link the Bank Islam account to SSPN via ATM machine and it works I read old posts, some sifu recommend unlink the Bank Islam account with SSPN, only link it...when required (transfer fund). Due to security reason. Any one link their Bank Islam account to SSPN all the time? Any problems facing (such as... missing fund)? Thanks! |

QUOTE(sysy @ Jan 13 2020, 07:42 PM) Annual fees on atm? I check the bank islam website few time and it show the other way round. Can share where it stated. What is the Bank Islam Basic Savings Account?Generally, this is an Islamic basic savings account with no profit earning - its a great account if you wish to just park your money in a safe Syariah compliant account, at zero service or maintenance fees. With the Bank Islam Basic Savings Account, internet banking services and ATM facilities will always be at your disposal nationwide - making all easier to keep tabs of your transactions. What are the fees and charges? Here's where you get to choose how you use your savings account - There will be two options. You either: Pay RM8 a year, and get unlimited Over-The-Counter ( OTC) transactions and ATM withdrawals; or Get 8 free ATM withdrawals a month, and pay RM0.50 for every subsequent withdrawals If you think you will be making ATM withdrawals on a regular basis, it may be a better choice to pay the annual fee. https://ringgitplus.com/en/savings-account/...#ReadMoreReview This post has been edited by MUM: Jan 13 2020, 07:58 PM |

I'm new to both SSPN and Boost, so appreciate if anyone can help:
1. Based on Tier 4 of 2 coins per MYR 1 and exchange rate of 2,700 coins for MYR 30, the "cashback" for PTPN top-up through Boost is around 2.2%? This is very good if you further include the ShakeRewards and missions. 2. If (1) above is true, would'nt we try to make out our MYR 4.5K Boost transaction limit to earn the 2.2% and then withdraw lumpsum from SSPN and leave only 8K for tax relief?
