Maybe the branch already hit target? Try others branch

Not for this year but based on previous year trends as discussed in this thread, it's common for different branches to come up with their own method to encourage depositors to fill up their quota.

I unable to login sspn-i via Mozilla since yesterday - stated 504 Gateway Time-out after I enter my ic no and password.
Anyone is facing the same issue?

have you try other browser? Im using Chrome and it's working fine.

p/s: Perhaps the page is not stable.

yeah, just up and running not too long ago.

It happens usually during morning time and 4-5pm work off time. and during this time when web not able to login, there is chance that atm withdrawal will also get error msg and FAIL transaction. So, stop trying when get error msg from atm.

Is there anyway to check the current deposit amount online? I log in to online sspn portal only show penyata hasil, which only show 2018 statement. I just made this sspn account yesterday.

since you just made the deposit yesterday....most probably is not updated...unless you top up thru the SSPN online

FYI December transactions are now reflected in the online statement.

seem like they update only 1 time a week.

eg this week on 5th.

like if reloaded on 3rd. it will show today. just too 2 days.

if reloaded on 1st. it will take 5 days to show the update.

For me it will show almost immediately but doesn't update on the main page. Weird system they have, lookslike got some manual task and some auto.

How immediately? I am referring to Boost to sspn.

it usually take me from 2-7days to get the amount in sspn account.

Immediately for those which are directly SSPN transaction (within the day) for example at branch, or using Bank Islam ATM.

The Boost transactions take about 2 days.

Oh..ic... direct from branch or BI should show the transaction immediately.

I suppose boost to sspn, boost will take some time to verify the payment and processing to make payment to sspn and sspn also take some time to process.

Hi, Good Morning to all of you,

Due to misleading information, last Year (Year 2018) I had contributed a total of RM12000 into my two children SSPN-i account (each account with RM 6000 each), but only can deduct tax for RM 6000 only.

I was wondering whether I can withdraw that extra RM 6000 (because of non tax deductible in Year 2018) and bank-in again to my children account this year so that I can enjoy that tax deductible amount of RM 6000 in Year 2019?
