how to you link your Bank Islam / Bank rakyat...i cant seem to find the answer. is it have to go to the bank and ask them to link or go to sspn counter ?

Not sure for Bank Rakyat, but for Bank Islam I went to bank counter to get it done, they told me can do at ATM and gave some instruction. I followed their instruction, but can't remember exact step. Maybe give them a call?

but I just heard that it's now automatic input for SSPN in income tax
meaning if you put in rm6k now and then take out in Jan, your income tax will show -rm6k

Go google for PTPTN number and call yourself la. Most of us here have our own plan and practice for SSPN usage already for years.

Does that automatic population in your tax filing really that important? If it isn't automatically populated, you can still type out that 6K or 8K by yourself right?

What's so unprofessional about it? It's a website on an official government domain.

I hv no prob to access my esspn portal now. There are many agents out there create own sspn registration website to earn some commission.

You're welcome. Frankly speaking, I think you might be better off withdrawing everything since you seem to have a lot of dissatisfaction with how SSPN works. Your expectation certainly doesn't match the level of service PTPTN is capable of providing you.

Edit : The thing they might improve is maybe increase the max deposit limit per online transaction from 15,000 la... but no biggie.. I just deposit 3 times kautim...

That's normal, people has a perception that government stuff means not good. The concept wise for SSPN is quite good actually. However, in term of execution & the way they implement it indeed can be improved further. for instance, i would like to have SSPN app access to my account.

This one depends on each individual branches.
