erm...since sspn is under "bill payment", shopback does not provide cashback for bill payment

Screenshot please? No, you can register directly online or at the PTPTN branch. No bank info required unless you're making withdrawal.

If you're expecting real-time update to the statement like banks or eWallets, I'm afraid you'll be sorely disappointed.

But I have open my account few months back(Deposited RM20). Suppose it shows at least RM20. But it shows RM0

what you see is year 2018...you opened the a/c few months back...that means year 2019

see post 2149 page 108 and do as per that post perhaps to see?
