The RM400 bill payment to get  Mission reward RM5 requires 20 coins...
Not enough coins.... haiz... Would need many times 20 coins for total RM8,000. Any suggestions?

you can only participate in the 400 bill payment once...even if got many coins also no use cool2.gif

i would suggest that you spend 100 to get the 15 coins and save up on coins first.

then wait till next month and see what mission suit best for you.

note: you can only use 4,500 in boost, so you cant pay sspn 8,000 in 1 month, have to split to 2 month.

This is getting out of topic but just to let you know that what you mentioned is incorrect. The 400 bill is available almost on monthly basis.

Anyway, for more about Boost, please head over to the right thread.

Just want to confirm, i can still enjoy the max 8k tax relief if i deposit 8k by Dec right ?

The requirement for withdrawal later is either to close account / by death or for son education purpose right ?

Preferably by Dec 15....just in case......
Many forummers had mentioned that you can in Jan withdraw all excepts maybe 20 ringgit as not to close the a/c complication.

Withdraw next year only if u dont want claim next year

Because even u put back 8k in Dec 20, u claim nothing. ie -8k (Jan20) +8k (Dec20) = Nil amount

even if you did not withdraw next year you will still not be able to claim tax deduction next year if you did not deposit any fresh fund next year.
you claim next year RM8k if you deposit RM8k + the Jan 2020 withdrawal amount by Dec 2020

It's been a month since you asked. Might want to make up your mind since you only have ~1 month to go.

Just go to the counter, pay RM8K via cash or debit card & you're good to go. As long as you have a kid, you get to claim that 8K for tax relief, which should be automatically populated for you in 2019's tax e-filing.

If you don't have a kid, then no tax relief.

Withdrawal is pretty straight forward. Just go to the PTPTN office, inform them you would like to withdraw your SSPN deposit. If you withdraw all, that's equivalent to closing account. Leave RM20 inside the account if you want to maintain it. The withdrawal will go into the bank account that you provide them in the withdrawal form.

You can also setup either Bank Rakyat or Bank Islam that ties with your SSPN account & this allows you to withdraw via ATM but IMO, it's troublesome.

Depends on the branch actually. You can either give them a call or head over there to check.

I read the following at SSPN FAQ:

Pengeluaran

wow! So we can only request for withdrawal 3years after account opened?

YES, that had been in the FAQs for many years....but is that being practiced/enforced or has that condition changed/removed/waived/on hold till further notice since it was published in the FAQs?
but judging from what had been posted here.....seems like NOT as per current as in FAQs.
