many people asked and all were told yes PTPTN will pay that 1% as long as money is deposited within campaign period.
and can withdraw after campaign!
So no loop hole, it was openly known by all, even pointed out to the PTPTN people by many of us

i believe it is becos not many big "abuser"  so PTPTN pays.
and did not resort to the clause they can revise without  notification.

Come next  round i will take the risk of putting in BIG amount for 1 day to  see how
this round i earned RM1700+ only
