So for those of you who deposited using BigPay, have you received the BigPoints? It's definitely more than 45 days now but I've yet to receive mine.

I have not received mine too.

I posted a comment on SSPN's FB but they replied me the standard "BigPoints to be credited within 45 days of transaction". After I replied them that it's already >45 days, they went silent.

Who should award the BIG points?
PTPTN or BP?

That's the thing that we're not clear about since it wasn't explicitly explained in the FAQ. Still, since this campaign is hosted by SSPN, it's only logical to assume that SSPN will be the one to handle this issue.

From the TnC:

Looks like the organizer is BP not PTPTN.
PTPTN is the cooperator.
Any dispute should go back to the campaign organizer.

You're right. Guess I gotta bug BP CS tomorrow then but gonna set expectation to myself that they'll most probably be clueless.

same case here....no BP even after depositing 10k

I made an inquiry to BP (BigPay, not BIG Points) & they redirected me to raise an email to askbig@airasiabig.com.

At the same time, I also sent a message to PTPTN FB. They asked if the email address I used for PTPTN is the same email address as BigPay. Told them yes & now waiting for their reply again.

They track using email address?

Looks to be the case here.

I'll post again once I have more update.

If I pay using my family card how?
No point will be awarded?

Terms and conditions say I should get additional 6X per RM20, after 45 days.

You should receive additional 3500 points provided that you didn't make any previous withdrawal.

i just noticed we both deposited on the same date...haha

And AirAsia BIG just closed my ticket that was auto-generated from my email earlier today.


Meanwhile, PTPTN FB asked for my NRIC so currently waiting for their update again.
