Yes, OTC any ptptn office, you should get your fund in few days. Since 2025 tax exemption only for either 1 parent 8k, it is better to move fund somewhere.

Remember do not close account as pending 2024 dividend in Mar/April 2025.

I cannot recall BI username and account number for username recovery
What will be the next steps to recover my login?

u can click forgot login details and recover username
if u dun even have ur dc then no choice go and get a replacement dc 1st

Does anyone able to perform transfer fund from BI to other bank?

From my BIMB app /web it shows "No other account available" when attempt to transfer to any other banks. Hence Continue button is grey out.

Anyone withdraw sspn using their withdraw function on wednesday 15 jan 2025? The max RM1k via website.

I didnt receive the fund on thursday (16/1/25) but the amount deducted from my transaction history.
