Just for the update, my BIMB web is showing sspn balance at wealth.

You may go try and see and hopefully able to transfer out.

Yes. I did my withdrawal yesterday morning at UTC Pudu. No charges and received the money via IBG today.

can see the balance, no idea how to transfer out though! lol

edit: can't see it in BI app but can see in BI browser, and managed to transfer out RM5k. Tried 10k but got failure error. My transfer limit has already been set to max.

anyone having difficulty to transfer out using BI now? I got error and unable to transfer out.

u need to wait the 12 hours cooling period for the new transfer limit to be effective

u need to remember ur password instead of biometric authentication....if forgot your password and need to reset...will need to wait for another 12 hours doh.gif

I try to transfer now but couldn’t do it. Must wait during daytime only can initiate the transfer fund from sspn to bank Islam account?

i transfer limit change to RM5k and that's the maximum i can set.. cant change it to higher..

im facing same issue, transaction limit maintenance, third party transfer maximum allow limit 5k only

i called CS.. they told need to change it to BIMB web already.. the old bankislam.biz cannot transfer more than 5k.. BIMB web can go upto 50k...

That was what I faced too. Ended up using phone app and all good.

the old website has old apps.. they migrate to new apps with new website...
old website only allow 5k per day..
