I was rounding balakong today to check for furniture and found this new store call Home-mart + which only have branch in balakong, klang and another place i forget where d...

the reason i ask because i found this store selling electrical item very interesting.. they have a membership program which cost Rm12 for whole life and u can enjoy discount and rebate (their rebate mean x% x paying amount = cash value for redemption) on the item sold there..

after that you also can earn cash value point which can redeem other electronic goods there..

example what i see today

A Sony LED TV 40" sold at Rm2999.00, member - RM300.00 = RM2699

and when u pay this Rm2699 it give 4% (each item different x% return) of the payment into cash value item = 1RM07.96 meaning u can redeem item value at RM107.96 instead of normal ppl give u Rm1 = 1 point and when u need to claim something it always end up like dunno how many thousand point for a hundred over item..

so i wanna ask anyone do survey here before ? is this a good buy shop ? or price already mark up ? cox i just started doing survey and cannot remember exactly the model type so hard to do comparision but for me very interesting.. cox plan to buy fridge, tv and washing machine and instant can reedeem for more than RM600 worth of item there ... hmm.gif

hope someone could share..

the web link is here http://www.homemartplus.com.my/

the price that you can obtain outside is cheaper than their so-called rebate system.

you are not paying less but getting a little discount and entitle for the rebate percentage (pay advance for future use).

upon redemption, your are using the points (advanced payment) to pay at the item's full price.

i wonder if you can request for the instant point redemption for the current purchase.

if they say no, then you have to follow their games.
