 1A Stonor Condo (Below Price) 500-600 per sq ft, (Near KLCC & PAVILION)

1A Stonor Condo from the Price Selling compare to alot of Properties in the area & PJ area is way below market. PJ area and other shah alam, desa park all is selling at high price.

tropics/ameera/five stones/ jayaone/pj8/casper condo is even selling higher than it.
Even m-suites/m-city is selling at 1000 per sq ft. some more ampang area.

1A stonor is selling at only 500sq ft - 600 sq ft only at golden triangle area and have less than 100 units there. low density and fully furnished units. Worth the investment.

KL Golden triangle area is even selling lower price than any other area. Investor must have overlook.

PJ condo rental is much higher than it

Walking distance in between to KLCC & PAVILION (10 minto 15 min walk). At jln conlay near the price Hotel.

Nowadays seldom get total condo units < 100 units. very low density and quiet as well as greenery enviroment.

The building structure is solid build as compare nowadays alot of new condo (which have crack at the wall in the near term) cheap quality built.

Sultan own around 1/3 of the total units there which the lands own by the sultan.

Individual title out already? Like Corinthian condo klcc got this 2 problem.
Any water leaks?

yes individual title out already, no water leaks at all. well maintain

the wonderful part is every rooms have its own bathroom and builtin cabinets. even some of door lock n the taps were made of gold brass type. where as nowadays alot of new condo, each rooms dont have its own bathroom and the location is right in the center of the golden triangle inbetween pavilion and klcc.

i was told that maintenance is a problem cos the 1/3 owner don't pay maintenance and who dare send LOD... haha

its quiet bcos alot of them are expariate on n off do come back n stay or holiday. VERY LOW DENSITY.

any condo, in due time will face the maintenance problem due to the owner and management will issue legal letter to them if monthly maintenance not payup. not an major issue. royal family have 1/3 of it. Previously Dato Quek LC (of (Hong leong bank) stay at the penthouse there.

The management is improving/upgrading the facilities there in near term. with more stalls/cafes/food outlets/ wifi etc

the piece of land is worth alot in time to come. worth to invest or stay. Its cheaper than those newly build condo in pricing. location wise is excellent. The old furnishing and building material is better than those newly cheap condo material used that wont last.

alot of people dont know where is the place located.

just a little furnishing, the place is as good as new.

if have $$ its worth while to collect more of the units bcos its still under the radar, whereby alot of new condo launching is much more expensive and still not in the golden triangle area.

as some buyer madly rushing to buy a few new units in alot of new launching, should rather buy 1A stonor and refurbished abit is as good as new. somemore is fully/partial furnished. some even newly renovated. save on the renovation/furniture n fittings etc.

only 94 units in total.

the price of the land is worth more than that and as well as the sultan own 1/3 of it, maintenance is improving. Only 94 units is better than those condo above 500 -1000 unit with high density and very CHAP and the management even is bad and even difficult to manage in time to come.

alot of NEWly develop condo maintenance is bad. especially now the new condo workmanship and as well as the product quality (LEAKING is a main problem and alot crack at the wall for new condos).
