Sorry forgot to spam u... Yest was busy playing poker while viewing the thread.. So was replying sparingly.

Shell Helix degrades very fast lah.. My car HX7 3k km mileage itself the engine feels heavy and the oil is very black.. Now using Castrol Magnatec the engine still smooth and oil just looks like 50% darker, ady gone through 4500km mileage.

I think they increased the price for the latest round of engine oil. But its just 15bucks increase for a proven engine oil.. Check the packaging for the manufacturing date.. Normally when they are selling it for rm85 that time its ady 6mths old..

hehe...twinspark engine eh.. LOL.. 2 plugs for each piston chamber.. Maximum combustion power.

Petronas fuel.. They launch a new one called Petronas Xtra 95 i think.. Just released today..

Hmm not for me.. Mb u can try other temperature and see.. FOr me my car temp at 27degrees is more colder than 25degrees.. Imba one..

5. that one is standard feature.. It makes ur car sounds faster and more powerful - physchological purpose only.
6. Kinda normal. Cos our 1st gear the push is very strong.. So if u elpas the brake a bit got the EEEEEE sound. Its either u free gear or u lepas ur brake more.
7. Eat a lot of fuel can depends on ur right foot. But assuming u are not too lead footed, use Castrol Edge for ur next service, change air filter and spark plugs, pour Caltex or Esso petrol, pump tires to 235kpa front and 220kpa back, see whether u can touch more than 450km with this settings. Im able to get below 8.8L/100km easily.

Btw got spark plug bulk order closing later today.. Interested in buying? Denso iridium.. RM156 for a set. can last 100k km..

my car still got3/4tank.. after genting still got at least half tank left i guess.. So mb next week i also go become sohai lab rat fall for petronas marketing scheme and see lah..

Buy a set and keep it till then to change loh. No need to wait till 20k lah.. U install this now itself u can feel the difference ady one.. Save fuel somemore.. hehe..
Problem no.6 is cos when u slowing down u press the brake but u dont press it fully. So the car is still more powerful and pushing it causing the sound.. I also have the exact same irritating thing too.. Its coming from the left back wheel. IF got a solution i will post it up here lah.
235kpa is 34psi.. Doesnt really feel bumpy lah.. U can try 230kpa if u want.. Any lower the FC goes up a lot in traffic jam. Behind dont more than 220kpa.. Any higher will easily tire lock when hard braking .. i pump mine at 215kpa cos i rarely bring ppl.. If u got those occasional passengers than put 220kpa lah.. Thats what i found out..

Castrol Edge us fully sync 0W-30 or 5W-30 i forgot ady.. Shd be 0W lah.. Very good FC and power.. Castrol mah.. hehe.. BMW official engine oil.
