maybe zeng will stick to hotbits ady..hehe..sure i can feel the difference..even uphill at low speed,i oso dun need always push pedal deeply to change gear like b4..juz maintain the throttle then can maintain speed to climb ady..another one is change gear become smoother than stock,wont feel much power loss after change gear..but in my opinion,the powerzone extractor is more to high end rpm..i means 4.5k to 6k..today my car wit 4 adults wit air cond on,i'm easily pick up from 60 to 120 when i push 3/4 pedal to let it drop to 2nd gear,the rpm was climb smooth from 4.5k to 6.2k even wit 17inch rim..my fren oso comment my car powerful than b4 ady..will sent car to sc to do ecu reflash on 2moro..hopefully will become better..hehe

my car always maintain in between the 1st and mid bar..highspeed(185kmh) oso same..

If more than 12pm.. Confirm I go complain already..
except stuck at jam for few hours..
it happen to myvi last time.. stuck at jam for almost 3hours..
the engine temp increasing then I turn off the aircond and enjoy the hot air rclxub.gif

Got another shifter. Their D with more gear than you'll ever need. more than 7 gear, in my boss GT. Heavy Car, but vy powerful lo... Sure can tapau la... tapau d then tapau again also can la...

fan is working properly.. and i did send my car to service.. sc says everything is fine.. engine, air-con everything except brake disc and brake pad.. i've replaced them but these 2 items will have nothing to do with the temp..

unfortunately the dealer says the owner have yet to pass him the service book, but i'll continue to budge the dealer to get it asap.. would really wanna know if there's any major issue with the car before..

but to be frank.. this car is exactly like a new car = =".. damn new that nobody can even tell it's 2nd hand even it's a 1 year old car..

yea go back kl will send for checking.. sucks man.. btw.. any good sc to recommend? i'm at ampang/setapak area..

back to the rims issue.. so any feedback whether a 16" rim would be ok to use? 17" really under power.. especially while i go up genting.. damn draggy..

i oso use 17inch rim oso..so far for me is ok..0-100 at a bit uphill road still can within 12sec..not yet try to genting wit 17inch rim..tis weekend will test during TT..hopefully wont lose too much compare to 15inch..b4 tis,i use 15inch to went genting,the power quite good for me..

just got my h-line persona and got one problem.

heard noises and remebered regarding the back seat and check and seems that it cant be hooked properly and does not lock.

any ideas on temporary fix?will be sending later to proton

lastly, how do i auto roll down the window as i have to keep pressing for the driver window to go down?

Rolls Royce only have R, N, D. The P - Parking Brake/Gear is a different switch on the dashboard. Eat that laugh.gif

Ur radiator or air cond fan might be faulty. I've been travelling at constant 190 KM/h for sometimes more than an hour, temperature never really increased. Try to check ur radiator coolant colour & check for any leakages. Also check the radiator coolant reserve tank to see if it's full. If it's full, chances are that when the coolant in ur radiator is hot, it expanded & couldn't overflow into the reserve tank, thus causing ur temperature to increase.

Probably the owner sold it for certain issues regarding the car. A brand new PE with 10K on the ODO but the owner sold it, didnt it raise any suspicions? What is the size of ur tyres right now? Bigger rims will give u better handling, but it won't sacrifice acceleration unless ur rims are really really heavy. We can meet up if u're interested, I'm also living around Ampang/Setapak area.

Regarding SC, the best around Setapak area now is the 1 at Sri Rampai, opposite Sri Utama International School. Experienced mechanic, although the SC is a bit small.

Try to check the latches on the seat. It might be stuck. If it's not, then slam it harder into the hook. Don't worry, it won't break.

Radio signal issues - Known problem for PE. It's something to do with the original player.

@xandras.. thanks for the advice bro.. i'm heading to my mechanic tomorrow.. see what he have to say first.. he's been servicing all our cars for quite a long time and very experienced..

my rims are still 17" atm.. yes driving feels firm but FC and power are bad.. especially going to genting.. very very draggy.. no power at all = ="

apparently the dealer changed the rims and added 4 new tyres.. but dun expect they will give good stuff.. i'm not sure bout the rims quality.. but the tyres are definitely china made dunno what brand tyre = =" anyways unless i really change to new rims.. i'll stick to these tyres for the time being..

Okay, but do remember that ur car is still under warranty. Sending it to Proton's SC might be a better idea. China brand? Kumho? laugh.gif Kumho is Korean brand.

Eh sam.. U know the other day i went to fill Caltex right?
Wasai i tell u.. Like got turbo for low end wei.. Even better than Esso.. I can feel the difference after like 20-30km driving.. Really very addictive.. And the car seems so revvy and powerful.. Really cant tahan loh and want to rev.. hehe.. I going to fill full tank for this saturday's trip ady.. thumbup.gif
Now my preference for petrol Caltex, Esso, Bhp,Petronas.. Shell bye bye.. Blacklist habis.

1) Check fuel pump
2) Water temp sensor
3) Maybe the previous owner replace with low boiling point coolant. Go for good coolant that has high boiling point. exp Denso. Its expensive for coolant but cheaper than replacing a cracked engine block.
4) Radiator clogged, check termostat release valve for failure.

See first after u install full hot bits how first.. Mb i will still go for powerzone lah. Cheaper.. Or i custom design one and sent to workshop to do.

LOL..No worries lah.. Do u know that BMW accessories have a design standards to adhere to? For example their headlamps are suppose to take impact from blunt objects at up to 200kmh without shattering. cool.gif

1) Check fuel pump
2) Water temp sensor
3) Maybe the previous owner replace with low boiling point coolant. Go for good coolant that has high boiling point. exp Denso. Its expensive for coolant but cheaper than replacing a cracked engine block.
4) Radiator clogged, check termostat release valve for failure.
Yeah same symptoms.. I go check and they issue me the warranty claim form ady.
See first after u install full hot bits how first.. Mb i will still go for powerzone lah. Cheaper.. Or i custom design one and sent to workshop to do.
LOL..No worries lah.. Do u know that BMW accessories have a design standards to adhere to? For example their headlamps are suppose to take impact from blunt objects at up to 200kmh without shattering.  cool.gif

Ya caltex really rocks.. But the prob is my FC shooting up like no mans business.. Just now coming back time went to Kesas fnf with my friends Myvi.. Nicely tapau it from 60kmh onwards eventhough he got the headstart.. thumbup.gif

Hehe...dun worry.. Caltex shoots gives u performance but FC not that bad too.. I F&F around with Caltex Ron 95 (Not Ron Jeremy laugh.gif), 40 Litres get about 430 KMs, which is about 9.4L/100KMs.. Not bad mah..

Yeah i trying to maintain below 8.7L/100km lah.. But after pumping caltex.. the power is too addictive.. I think might as well just farked the FC and go with the power.. biggrin.gif
