Tried BHP 95 today, FC at 8.8L/100kms. Pretty much like caltex, but power haven't tested yet cos my whole in law family is in the car. But full load can achieve 8.8 that's quite nice.

QUOTE(JynoRip @ Apr 15 2011, 11:07 PM) Powerzone only make the extractors. Their mid & tail end are mixture of other brands.QUOTE(chteh0721 @ Apr 15 2011, 11:09 PM) just pump full tank petronas xtra 40L. initial impression is it improve alot compare to the old ron95 Improved FC wise, but not performance.QUOTE(samwongjyhhorng @ Apr 15 2011, 11:11 PM) no la..below RM600..but i dun like setting by them for mid and rear..hotbits oso not..i still survey it.. Take ur time to survey..QUOTE(JynoRip @ Apr 15 2011, 11:13 PM) Nice settings like how? It's all down to how u want ur setup to be: E.G.; noise level, performance (acceleration/top speed).QUOTE(samwongjyhhorng @ Apr 15 2011, 11:43 PM) ok..maybe u can copy xandras setup..quite powerful LoL. Easy for them la. Just paint the car red then call it limited edition Added on April 16, 2011, 12:06 amystd i went to the mines,i'm saw persona b line model wit brilliant red color..according SA,onli got 20 unit b line wit tis color in whole malaysia.. My setup = 4-2-1 Hotbits, 12" swirling bullet, mid box, S-Flow RSR Muffler. Optimised for acceleration as I don't find top end useful. I don't go top speed most of the time (risk getting saman) & I always F&F in and out of traffic (acceleration important). So low RPM torque is important for me. Added on April 16, 2011, 12:17 am QUOTE(eanson @ Apr 15 2011, 11:14 PM) It went up to 12 just now after TT with my frens. QUOTE(ZenGTMM @ Apr 16 2011, 12:27 AM) No lah where got oh? The kinrara area got roadblcok lah.. btw y u scared of road block? I shd be the one most scared of it. Verdict: Avoid BHP. Erm nope.. In sri petaling the new shoplots there the only 4D, toto and 1+3D shop in the whole place.. Its along that row lah.. Will update u the exact address on sat night ok.. Cos powerzone piping is thicker.. It shifts the powerband to favour hi revs. Hotbits piping are smaller, giving better torque but suffer a bit at high end compared to powerzone. Jeng jeng jeng.. Im here ady.. hehe.. Went out dating with my NL lah.. I recommend u try the fuel in this following order.. Petronas Xtra, Esso, Caltex.. Reserve caltex for the last.. Petronas Xtra update: Damn lousy for high speed cruising.. Never will recommend this for highway. Today was cruising to kota kemuning. Speed constant 130kmh only.. Engine is very noisy, like pump Esso and speeding at 160kmh like that. My FC also was showing between 8.6L-8.7L.. With Caltex and cruising at 140-160 i can get 8.5L only. With Esso cruising at 140kmh im able to touch 8.3L.. And Caltex the engine was the quietest at high speed.. So verdict.. THis is gonna be my last tank of Petronas Xtra.. Unless somebody sponsor me petrol lah. XD Ok, I know where is the TT place d. What's the name of the shop? Added on April 16, 2011, 12:32 amRegretted pump BHP sia. With Petronas also I don't regret like this. I rather have no power than FC suxxo like this. Added on April 16, 2011, 12:38 am QUOTE(K.Lee @ Apr 15 2011, 10:23 PM) haha... So the so called fuel saving petrol is manipulating the FC meter That's the case for u? My 1 tank can go 420 KMs with occassional F&F. Petronas Xtra 95, that is.QUOTE(JynoRip @ Apr 15 2011, 10:44 PM) what the hell ... u change to evo lancer engine ad ? LoL. 30 x 100. Our PE meter oni got 3x1000 la.. Added on April 15, 2011, 10:46 pmlet's see this... even we can't take this as actual comsumption..but we also hope it can be smaller number.. rite ? ![]() ![]() Added on April 15, 2011, 10:53 pmthere's a way to keep the comsumption low...try to drive below 100km/hour or keep the rpm less then 30 x100 ... then u'll see the different ... correct me if im wrong pls... noob's suggestion only ... Added on April 15, 2011, 10:54 pmwhere is Zeng ?? so early sleep ad ? Not Evo X engine la.. Ferrari engine also wont makan minyak like this This post has been edited by xandras: Apr 16 2011, 12:38 AM |

I had to do the dirty job of picking the locks for 1 full hour.. Then became taxi driver bring her go Tesco to get new door knobs and bring her back to fix it.. Ended up suppose to go out at 8pm but by the time i fix back the door lock ady 11.30pm.. By the time u fix back the door lock u already 'unlocked' her heart lor... Yea, I know where that is already. QUOTE(Shawnzz @ Apr 16 2011, 01:10 AM) Hey guys, interested in the new PE b line manual. Wonder what's the price now? And what discount do I get. also want to ask, does proton take my iswara aeroback for trade in? And can i use back my old number plate ?Oh yea. 1 last Q, which sc is recommended ? I went to glanmarie, no 1 really layan me. Mybe because got small kid look:/ D|uZ!! U come tell me which SC duwan layan u I go fark them. Price? Roughly RM 45K, depending on the discount that ur SA is able to give. BTW, SC = Service Centre, SA = Sales Attendant. U sure U didn't mix the two up? They can take ur car, but it's not trade in. They give u rebate & u must sign a consent form for them to recycle ur car or something like that. Yes, u may use back ur old plate number but this u need to get a runner's help as it may get quite complicated. Transfer ur new plate to ur old iswara, then ur iswara's plate to ur new car. U do know that it's hard to judge from pictures, rite? As there are many different dimensions and sizes of crank pulley, it's hard to tell from photo alone.

QUOTE(pupumaru @ Apr 16 2011, 06:19 PM) heya, failed to service car today due to complications in the morning. I think better not. Cose dont even require u to do that. That form actually protects them from any claims if they fuk up ur engine. Better not. U walk in to cose better..anyhow ive bookes another appointment tmr at ss14 SC. however they said if bring own oil will need to sign a form something like indemnity. Is this the common practice for all SC including CoSE? meaning it will void the warranty for engine? |
