Have u changed ur spark plugs to iridium ones yet? I got a feeling ur starter kaput d. Maybe u should try a few more times see whether it happens again or not. If it does, send it to SC immediately.

Any better have to use or Plasma plugs ady.. That time ur engine may melt loh.. Combustion temp too high later..

Maybe ur fuel line got clogged.. Bring to SC to diagnose and see.. Too many factors to consider here..
Ur white liquid was too slippery, creating more mechanical loss.. haha..

..but tested on my car,reli drink petrol,once acc onli ah,u can see the petrol needle slowly dropping..1 tank petrol onli can run 220km..even if i dun accelerate..lol..1 bar last around 50km

I did try few time.. When I manage to start my engine.. I turn off and start it back.. I repeat this few time..
No problem at all..

No, cant be fuel problem. I agree with Zeng, either fuel line prob or starter as I said. But if the problem doesn't present itself again then probably it's just something random that happened. Nothing serious. If it happens again, by all means bring it to SC & have them check it.
1st batch IAFM? Then it's possible ur IAFM kaput-ed. Insist and ask the SC to change one for u.

It wont. If ur battery is drained u wont be able to start ur car at all.
Try to claim. This is their design flaw, it's not possible for u to cause damage to the IAFM valve by urself.
In certain cases (like mine), there will be other problems like throttle lag issues and such. Ask Zeng how bad was my throttle lag before I changed the IAFM.

Zeng, another BMW ! 

Urs got water mark also can claim.. Mine got quite some dust somemore.. hehe.. Another stuff to add on to my claiming list. 
BMW quality.. hehe.. If u always Fnf try to use Caltex, helps u save petrol.. If u are very light footed, use Petronas.. Save FC until u go mad..
Now its their tea break..    Try tmr morning.. Seriously.
With his white liquid.. He called it a Rubber conditioner.. He got post up the pic a few hundred post back.. Waxco brand.

IAFM problem. The sound is more obvious & louder during cold starts.

Better claim as it costs almost RM 300 for a new one.
IAFM is not engine, but PART of the engine. It's like me saying I cover the engine's warranty for u but not the pistons. Go complain to them.
Engine 5 years.
