It is true that property at jam area price continue raise. Previously i plan to buy a house at belakong, but i dint do it due to d reason that area quite conjested. Now look at d price doubled. ><

I still think demand at kl still high, coz ppl keep moving in for work n study. Population keep growing. Traffic more congested. In future lrt may become solution like most country. The lrt station confirmed beside KR 2 ?

Noise pollution initially I also worry, but when I sit inside my car at fortune court , also beside kesas highway, actually the noise barely heard fortune court nearer to highway I think.
