Last 2 weeks and few days ago i received few calls asking me bout my loan acceptance for KR2(not sure whether its from dev, sales or lawyer). And Today i received another call from SA(the who one who attend me when made booking)KR2 asking on my loan acceptance. i told him that i already signed my acceptance 2weeks ago. Are they preparing SnP? Any1 else receive same call?

Im a noob in property. I would like to know, the loan Legal fees(also known as stamping right?), is it based on purchase price or based on total loan amount(unit+carpark+mrta)?

I was told by PBB mrta is compulsory until max coverage sad.gif

From my shallow understanding n knowledge, i thought.....
When buying property there are actually two sets of agreement that require stamping. One is snp another is loan agreement. The first one is always referred as stamping, the later is loan legal fees.. Err.... Correct me if im wrong..

N what is MOT? rclxub.gif do we need to pay for MOT?

First RM150,000 1% (minimum fees of RM300)
Next RM850,000 0.7%
Next RM2,000,00 0.6%
Next RM2,000,000 0.5%
Next RM2,500,000 0.4%
Stamp Duty(loan agreement):
Any Amount 0.5%
