i heard that KR2 will not have their launching as all the units been sold out internally. the cheapest price for the smallest unit 1032sq abt RM460k.

i received the sms from KR2 mentioned that confirmed RM450 psf and will be launched at this month end.

i'm been personally head to Kiara Resources sales office yesterday. the sales girl told me that launching price will be RM450 psf before 7% discount (entitled for every buyers) <- not sure accurate or not. so after 7% discount, will be RM420 psf. for the smallest unit, 1073sf, there are facing Kesas highway (sunrise) at Block A and Block B, for Block C (sunset), it will facing Bukit OUG condo.

No.6 (ground floor), block 2, jalan jalil jaya 2, jalil link, jalan 1/155B, bukit jalil.

finally... decision... giving up this chance as i already got 1 unit on my hand... in fact tmr need to pay down payment... eventually... monthly installment abt 2k+... too suffer and burden for me. sad.gif
