Like the title says.. I call all Machines all say no stock.. Only left with the 64GB Wifi + 3G. Do you know a place that have stock? People in Garage sales are taking advantage of this situation by skyrocketing the prices.

Hmm, the Apple Online Store does not have stock for the 16 & 32 GB Wi-Fi models as well. It's gonna be a bit tough. What model are you looking for, @Feux Follets?

the best bet right now buy via apple store if you're looking for other variant than 16 & 32GB wifi.

reselllers doesn't have most of variants, last time i check they only sell 64GB version.

I have called most resellers and apple themselves It has come to a dead end.. Im looking for either 16 or 32. I believe its out of stock and out of production

If i'm not mistaken, i saw one unit 32GB wifi + 3G at harvey norman queensbay mall penang. However i'm not sure if it's still available.

Was in Penang last week and did a quick scouting at QB mall, switch confirmed boh liau (finished). Good point for HN, i did ask about the wifi+3G model, the sales person said was the last unit. Was at straits quay and saw a machines (or was it switch?) there but didn't time to go in and ask. I suggest for those still on the fence and looking for the wifi model, either check out the reseller in Ipoh parade (last checked still got 32gb wifi) or go for the 64gb in the online store. Sure it's a bit hefty but the 64gb will go a long way when the games and apps start coming in and you've got space for movies and series when traveling. It's crunch time people. Either get it now or wait for the 2. Once stock for 1 dries out, it's gone for good.

Well the Wifi + 3G yes still got stock at a few places. I forgot to mention im only looking for Wifi version hahahahah XD Coz i already have iPhone, then everywhere i go also got Wifi.. Dont think i want to get the 3G version. Haizzz. Really sien edi.

Bang beli la kat Apple stores....i just ordered mine yesterday...16GB 3G RM1599...was lookin for 2nd hand but got fed up with all the prices offered...rather top up 200 bucks and get a brand new one outta the box...regardless of how mint condition...u cant beat new unit rite....order online and u can even engrave ur name on it!!

I am also wondering the same thing. Sounds too good to be true. Anyways, the iPad2 is better at this point, since its coming really soon. Early May.. Or if you have no patience like me, just buy now from sellers that got stock overseas LOL.

For everyone info i think ipad 1 is not sold out , just only for 16GB version , most of the machines still have stock for 32GB , 64GB and those 3G models. So i think the only sold out is 16GB WIFI model.

I dont think there is a restock any moment. as i know left 64GB for Wifi version only. some places out of stock also. best part is apple store also no more shipping.
So i dont think what you think.

sigh..i went to pc fair last nite.. to grab a 16gb ipad 1. but they intentionally bring 64gb for sale there.. no 16gb were bring & they say they dont have stock..dayummm.. what a terrible marketing strategy :rage:

its brand new and sealed..im not bluffing..as i told b4 i am so lucky..one whole day i searching around kl till i hilang sabar and i wrote on machines fb fanpage complaining about no stock..immediately they reply and tell me they still got stock on 16GB wifi 3G at one of their branch..i go there and their saleperson tell me got no stock..i was like WTF??? i terus post comment on fb and they said still got stock and asking for my contact number..5 mins after that the branch manager called me and ask me to collect immediately and when i arrived again they give me 16GB wifi not wifi + 3G for RM1199..soon after that i looked at their FB got ppl asked stock of 16GB they said got no stock already hahaha

IMHO, I felt that those apple resellers have reserve some 16GB Wifi for their 1 priority customers since most of the Resellers have claim they are out of stock. Just because someone posted a negative remark on the FB and suddenly they comes out with a 16GB Wifi unit.
