Hi there, got question for you guys. I recently got a 3DS, bought Fire Emblem, SMTIV and Monster Hunter 3U..trying to connect to the eshop for the DLC but always get error, is that normal?

My region set to US, and I've redeemed my free USD30 worth of points so I can try to get some FE and SMTIV DLCs...but always got some error.
