Who haven't got their 3DS yet?...

I heard you can't access Nintendo Video if you are not in the specific region
e.g: US 3DS in Malaysia can't use Nintendo Video If it's true then, Question: Which 3DS features aren't accessible in our country?...(Apart from NVideo) |
