Hey guys, I have a question.  I'm planning to buy games on the eShop, and I came across the idea of putting my Country as US, State as Alaska, and ZIP Code as 99551 for the CHEAPEST/ZERO TAX. 
I'm not sure if a local credit/debit card will work on it.
Can anyone give tips/advice?

P.S. I might consider using a Virtual US Credit Card to add funds.
