Yes there is no notifications so you need to tell the person you have added him/her so he/she can add you back

And I finally got 100 friends but reached the max friends limit
So I cant add anyone temporarily now And thank you so much everyone for the add too

3 days roaming around KL with my 3DS = 0 streetpass

3 days roaming around Taipei with my 3DS = 20+ streepass, mostly japs playing MH4

how about the gold sign?
streetpass if i got 10 means? nearby got people owning 3ds just walked cross me?

The Foot sign is the total steps you have walked with bringing your 3DS (will reset to 0 daily)
The Gold sign is when you walk 1000 steps on one day, you will get 10 Play Coins (Gold sign you mean)
You can get only max 10 Play Coins per day and maximum play coins you can have is 200 Play Coins if you didn't spend them

and how to see the streetpass?

i only can see when i'm not connecting to the wifi and the wifi signal replaced with streetpass

Play Coins is used for buy puzzle pieces, getting warrior and more (you will see Play Coins option to spend in some game too)
And yes after u see your wifi signal is replaced with streetpass, just close your 3DS (don't turn it off) and walk around.
If you got a streetpasser you will see green light on the 3DS LED on the right
