Thanks for your reply, kit2. Do you know the reason why they choose to block MasterCard Contactless card?
It cannot be due to interchange fee, which is the same for Visa and MasterCard card, as per Bank Negara Malaysia's ruling. |

At Aeon Supermarket and Aeon Departmental in Quill City Mall, the credit card terminals (from Maybank) also start to request for PIN. Then again, the cashiers can opt to bypass the PIN, and ask the credit cardholders to sign the charge slips. |
